      I love pok pok wings but these are far from that. These are basic Thai wings in the Thai vernacular, just fish sauce! I’m sure you know this already, but Pok pok wings are fried and tossed in a fish sauce caramel with fried garlic.. and as I type this I want pok pok wings now lol. THAT being said - you absolutely could do this method, Parcook them and fry again and toss in a caramel and make an amazing wing! Thanks for watching. ❤️
