Im going to try to introduce the Horton Technique to my level 3 modern class this year, I know it got me into the best dancing shape of my life, I have no doubts it will do it again. :)
Nice video. If you need accompaniment we have released 175 instrumental tracks organised by count and tempo that were written for technique class. It's made in case you don't have a musician.
Yes, it's not advanced... it is Adv/Beg which equals Horton 1 on a scale of 1-4 at The Ailey School. (Adv/ Beg = Beginners with some previous dance training and have basic understanding of general dance terminology).

i never enjoyed doing horten.. It's pretty to watch though.
