The fund had 20.5 for all this was confirmed by Brady Quinn who created it - the players do not get direct payments like OSU.. they have to earn it .. this is a big difference.. One team pays 22m to players directly with NIL... the other makes the players earn it... Which is what it was for initially.. i think that is why more people root against OSU for essentially buying a deep nfl talent roster via direct payment.
