I´ve been the same. Is hard but my thoughts are that we should stay away from social media a little because they only harm our mental health... We went through many difficult times and we will also get out of this, Am Yisrael Chai!

I spent years around Orthodox Jews working at a Kosher Bakery. A wonderful bunch and my fav peeps by far.

seeing everything happen on social media, and not feeling able to do anything about it, and the amount of days its been going on, even when im making art or studying - my thoughts circle right back to the tragedies that are taking place. I hope people realise that this is not a religious battle so we can set our differences aside and lets all be FRIENDS 🦋

As a millennial - I feel really bad for Gen Z. Atleast when we graduated college, we had about 7-10 years of normalcy with the economy and society. Gen Z has been going through a lot since 2020 😢keep going! Know that things will get better ❤️🩹
