    Dude! You got to talk with the DP on Loki S2?? This is wicked. I loved this season especially. The first one was great, but even after it’s been over for weeks now, my friends and I still talk about that S2 finale. The fact that you got to talk one on one with the guy who’s responsible for the look of that season is incredible. So jealous. Loved the video!

    I would have loved for this video to be hours long. Loki S2 was an absolute cinematic masterpiece thanks to Isaac. Thank you for doing this interview, love your work.

    I wanted this interview so badly immediately after finale, because quality and feel of this show is so much higher than other marvel disney+ shows and it is one of the primary reason i bought a 24mm f1.4 lens for myself because i loved his work of shooting wide and getting close to talent with a wide and shallow lens. Thanks Patrick, hope to see more videos like these.

    Amazing! Love that we are getting these in-depth talks with the actual creatives behind the shows! Loved reading the Production Bible, very insightful.
    Question! At 8:44, there's a smaller camera (?) next to the big boy Mini LF. What camera is that? is that being used as a b-cam? BTS? Would know more about that whole thing! Thanks!!

    • @impatrickt
      @impatrickt  9 месяцев назад +1

      i think it's a BTS cam or likely just a witness cam maybe for some VFX

    I wonder if he will ever make the look bible something you can access because it would be such an interesting read, especially as someone starting out. But it’s also something quite personal and would hate the idea of people taking advantage of it. Such an amazing interview! Loved S1’s cinematography but Bauman really brought something spectacular to S2 ❤

    I like how Kuberick-esque season 2 looks. Every scene & setting of the TVA is just so good. There aren't only overly creative scenes just for the sake of creativity, but... I don't know how to explain it. It's just so good, man.

    I personally feel season 1 was more beautiful and cleaner then season 2, they really pushed colors in reason 2 and there was a. Heavy grain compared to to season 1, season 1 was pleasing for me

    • @impatrickt
      @impatrickt  9 месяцев назад +1

      Season 1 is a bit flat imo and lacked contrast. Felt drab. I also don’t like anamorphic.
