The most appealing part to me is the overall style of this bike. I really like the smooth weld finishing and classic look. Also good to see front rack mounts on the head tube. Commuter bikes need those imo.
@@iscootct Yes indeed, I was referring to the max PAS test, which states 30 miles on the website. Should be way higher with a 30ah battery, unless they tested with the 15?
A good question to ask Troxus directly about. They have some dealerships as well who could possibly do repairs, or when in doubt a quick phone call to your LBS and a few questions about if they are fine working on this e-bike would be a good bit of planning ahead.
@@ElectricBikeReport Thank you sirs, good advice. I got the 30 amp trax, but I had to drive 100 miles to the shop that sold it. I'm looking for repair if needed, that is closer.
There are several different variations to the Trax. You can click the link in the video description to see the full list of prices depending on which model you buy.

Big battery and commuter tires.
Wow!!! What a massive 1440wh battery! Seems like a great bike
One of the largest single battery e-bikes we've tested!
Will this bike work for a guy 6,6” and 285.

15 minutes and how much does it cost
Prices change. We leave a link in the description for current pricing. We'll do better at giving the range though.
This thing looks like a 100% clone of the Ride1Up 700 Step Thru.
Only so many ways to make a bike frame in all honesty.
I have a Troxus Lynx in bright red. It is a great little ebike. I am hoping to see a Trax in person soon.
can you take the Lynx on forest trails or flowing double tracks without many roots or big hills?
30 miles of range for such a big battery seems really poor. The Rad City has better range with a 14AH battery. Is that a typo on the website?
I think they said they got 70 miles on pedal assist 2.

@@christianbeaupre7989 If it is anything like my Troxus Lynx it really sips juice on PAS 3 and still moves along smoothly. That is its sweet spot.
@@iscootct cool, good to know
How can I reach Pierce?
They ship direct; what happens if you need repair; who is qualified legally to do authorized work?

What was the distance in PAS 5?
Was wondering the same...
I found the answer to my Question, in the long written review. 31.14 miles on PAS 5. I thought it would be alot more
