Hi Paul is there any way to set a rule to auto delete ticked off completed tasks? I have some tasks that re-occur daily and I have had to go through and delete hundreds of 'ticked off/completed' auto repeating tasks

It's not best practice to delete completed tasks. I'd recommend just leaving them in the system as they become part of your history.
