That restart feature was taken out for us Note 20 Ultra users for some time. Earlier i was messing wit the phone n came across this ( as i used to have this feature turned on when i first got the phone back in 2020) im glad they brought it back it does affect the phone usage throughout the day.
how are you linking that case?
I haven't noticed it on my 23 Ultra after the update. I always restart my phone after any update and clear the partition cache whenever we get an os update a few days after, or sooner if I notice something wonky!🙃
I did a calendar update and now it's just blank unless I click on it, which is not what it's supposed to do, I should be able to see it without clicking on it

It's not just Samsung. Pixel stutters as well and has jelly scrolling. OnePlus has its spot on smoothest phone out right now
Since I updated my phone in June 2024 on my Galaxy 21 ultra, bought new 02/24, the screen no longer reacts to touch. The buttons work, the actual screen looks fine, the alarm even comes on, but i can not access my phone because i can not use my passkey. My screen had no scratches, chips, or cracks and was working perfectly before the update. The glitch/bug was evident immediately after the update. I have been sick and unable to work since Feb. I can not afford a new phone. Samsung is refusing to help pay for the cost of fixing it or even acknowledging there is a problem stating that I am somehow at fault. I need this phone to work. They keep saying i need to do a factory reset even though i keep telling them that the screen no longer responds to any type of touch and therefore I can not access the menu to do a factory reset. Please HELP!!!!
Mine has been slow, hotter, and horrible battery since the one UI update with Galaxy AI. They never fixed it.
Every Android I've had starts acting a bit wonky after it's been on 72 plus hours. It could anything from not using data to some apps not working. Through the years I've learned to recognize the symptoms for my phone and then I'll check how long it has been on. If it's over 72 hours I do a restart. Sometimes I'll just it if I remember to before 72 hours. If it's close I'll just go ahead and restart.
Since I use fingerprint access my Motorola and Samsung phones will require the PIN, pattern or password after 72 hours and you won't be able to use the fingerprint until you enter it.
I have problem with my A55 5G,network issues 2-3 times a day

Yes my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has shown significant lag that showed up directly following the latest update. Your suggestion didnt work i restarted the phone to no avail.
The auto restart has not worked for me on my last 2 phones. S23 and 24 ultra. Worked perfectly on my previous phones. IDK why. Tried multiple days and times and it simply does not work.
Jeff have you done a review of the Samsung M7 Smart monitor TV? If you have could you send me the link? If not, could you? There are some features that I'm not able to find or implement 🙏👍
Whenever there is a scene of outdoor camera moving there is jitter in video whether seeing webseries or movie on any ott app.mine s23 is it in all samzing devices

My notification pull down is so laggy it take at least a couple of seconds to go down

I never had thst problem on my s23 ultra BUT I turn my phone off every nught, I updated Google play manually, and have Ccleaner on my phone, so caches get cleaned out regularly (I've used it on my desktop for lo, these many years).

The only lag I have seen is when playing back slow-motion videos. Other than that, no issues.

Where did you get the light up keyboard? Also, I have the A 24 Ultra and have had lots of lagging issues and screen locking up and can't do anything but restart my phone. Thought about resetting my phone until i saw your post. I hope an update comes quickly!

I never have any issues with my s23 ultra I turn off the phone every night and in the morning when I turn it back on I reboot it and after a big update I clear cache partition
That clear the Cache video is very helpful. I use it once a month. I have never ever had an issue on any Samsung phone I have ever owned. 😊
I did an update a day or two ago, I don't have any problems as of yet 🤞

Another great video Jeff! I see your using beeper. Hope you can help me on this. I'm using my s23 ultra & in my gospel group my base player is using an iPad with his email address & I assume tied to his iCloud account for iMessage. For some reason I never get his text nor does he from me to his iPad. I carry my iPhone 12 just so I can receive his text. Will beeper help me with this without carrying 2 phones. Thanks!
Yes you can use your iPhone 12 to make an immesage bridge and then just carry your s23 ultra

Likely next week it's a bigger update than last month. More camera fixes coming!
