To me, this is a country song that actually sounds like a country song. Not half pop, or does it work if you put it under gospel or a crossover or whatever. It's just a catchy tune, a good voice and one pissed-off country lady giving her man the what-for. Hope to hear more from her!

I've seen this video at least 100 times in the last 7 years and I'm still in love with Brandy as a singer. She seems like a truly genuine person.
I've been listening to this song over and over. This is actually one great song. You hit perfection with this. It's rare I would listen to this style of music. But I was searching for something new in my life. You knocked it out of the park with this one. Thank you.

The 1st time I saw Brandy Clark was when she was on the Marty Stuart show. She performed this song and I have loved it ever since. She is a song writing genius.

Good song. She sings the whole thing with spirit and conviction, while nevertheless looking quite fabulous in orange throughout the video. I'm looking forward to the new musical to which she's writing the score, together with Shane McAnally. It'll be opening here in Dallas in September.

Been listening to country music off and on since about 1954 (at age 5 or 6). There's one songwriter Brandy Clark reminds me of, and he wasn't bad. Name of Roger Miller. I do believe that very good things are coming Brandy's way.

Have you ever released karaoke versions of your songs? I just love your music. My Grandma's maiden name was Clark. She was very musically talented, she played the guitar, her siblings played various instruments. A very musical family for sure. I'm teaching myself guitar. I am named after her. Her full name was Verona Mable Clark until she married into the Romeo family. Double connotation there. Lol! Verona is the city where Romeo & Juliet took place. I lost her when I was 8. She was a widow, passed in 1977. Her husband Octavius Romeo passed in 1950. She never remarried. She instead bought a hotel raising 6 kids. That one took off & eventually she owned several. A true fighter. I have a quilt she made on my bed the year before she passed. She was super strong & one of my heroes. I honored her memory by naming my oldest Son, Clark. Thank you so much Brandy for the banging tunes. On my Playlist and love sharing your music 🎶 ❤
