@@anonymousbirb3381 Cold on your face, warm under your coat, probably walking quickly to get somewhere and stay warm. Not much to smell since the cold air generally doesn't like to move. The cold wind whirls around you and creeps inside your clothes and chills anything exposed. Sky is usually clouded or fully overcast. It's a sterile and cold environment, where you don't go outside if you don't have to, and if you do you try to get back inside as soon as possible.
