I tried this today with Panteen conditioner. I left conditioner on my hair for about 30 minutes and then washed with normal tap water . Results are good as my hair are softer and smoother than before .Shadeed jharuu baal han is lia conditioner say bi bhut zada farq ni para..ends say uray uray phatay vay hi han but overall I like it and would love to do it again .Hair fall bhut zada ni hui wash karty waqt and I am reviewing this after 1 hour of washing my hair.

hya ali Noo, wash your hair the first day with shampoo only. The next day dampen your hair with water and apply condition the way Mariam baji has shown in the video and keep it applied for 45 minutes and wash with water only, no shampoo. Then shower after 2 days. I usually apply it for 1 hour which is 60 minutes.
Conditioner se baal girte hain agar aap roots aur scalp per lagao. Agar jese maryam ne lagaya hai to nhi girre ge. NEVER APPLY CONDITIONER TO YOUR ROOTS. talking from experience.

Honestly use conditioner as often as you can. Right after you wash your hair. Just make sure to not apply it too close to the scalp. It's better than doing it just twice a month. Use oil too since it's honestly better.
If u dnt have conditioner.. u cn also use curd/yoghurt its also beneficial and along with hair u cn apply it on ur face ..its leave ur hair and face glowing

hya ali Noo, wash your hair the first day with shampoo only. The next day dampen your hair with water and apply condition the way Mariam baji has shown in the video and keep it applied for 45 minutes and wash with water only, no shampoo. Then shower after 2 days. I usually apply it for 1 hour which is 60 minutes.

Conditioner se baal girte hain agar aap roots aur scalp per lagao. Agar jese maryam ne lagaya hai to nhi girre ge. NEVER APPLY CONDITIONER TO YOUR ROOTS. talking from experience.

Honestly use conditioner as often as you can. Right after you wash your hair. Just make sure to not apply it too close to the scalp. It's better than doing it just twice a month. Use oil too since it's honestly better.

If u dnt have conditioner.. u cn also use curd/yoghurt its also beneficial and along with hair u cn apply it on ur face ..its leave ur hair and face glowing
