Blow dryers, flat irons, curling irons and other hot styling tools can reach temperatures upwards of 400 degrees. That kind of heat can lift or break your hair's cuticles. In this video, I am sharing my very effective and easy, deep conditioning method to repair split ends, extremely dry damaged, bleached, rough, frizzy and colour treated hair, even if you have naturally dry hair you can use this treatment to fix it. This treatment is good for all types of hair (straight, curly, wavy, long, short) Also practice other hair care habits (enough sleep, drink plenty of water, balanced diet and exercise) to keep your hair healthy, shiny, soft and silky. You do not need any Keratin and Protein Treatment any more.

Conditioner any 6-8 table spoon
6-8 tablespoon aloe Vera gel
Coconut milk powder 2 table spoon
Mix and apply
Then comb with wife tooth comb
Then cover with hot towel and leave for 20 mins

If you are asking after colouring your hair,what you need to do? Then you should ask to some expert person.
I recently did global hair color and heighlights. It was got little dry and I tried this. It was awesome , my hair become so soft and silky. Thanks a lot dear. 👍👍👍👍
6-8 Tbsp or 1/2 cup conditioner
6-8 Tbsp or 1/2 cup Aloe Vera gel
1 Tbsp coconut milk or 1 tsp coconut milk powder
If it feels thick, then you can add about 1 Tbsp of water.
Apply it on your hair especially at the ends, but not on roots for about 20 minutes. Then rinse it with water.

@@musfiramoazzam4132she has suggested coconut powder . It’s is easily available now a days at any big grocery store in small sachets (for1/2 - 1 ltr). N not super expensive .
