Welcome to my What Is This Thing Called Love guitar lesson. You'll learn all the phantastic What Is This Thing Called Love guitar chords and how to weave the melody in between them. This song is based on two minor cadences, of which the last one ends in major. Quelle surprise :-)
I'll show everything at a moderate tempo and there is also a slow tempo version of What Is This Thing Called Love guitar performance towards the end of this lesson.
I've also made a What Is This Thing Called Love backing track so you can play along (also at regular and at slow tempo).

Thanks Sandra. For some reason, I had been "down in the dumps" and not even touching my guitar for weeks. I just couldn't get started. So I finally decided that the best way to get going was just to get going and chose this latest chord melody. Thanks to you, I'm getting back in gear. 👍
Og, that sucks. Yeah, we ask have those times. But I'm glad you're back. It's important that you don't practice for practice sake. Just play whatever you like and enjoy the music again (also passively). Don't push yourself, but rather try to find the joy of descovering new stuff again! That can be a few new chord voicings, a new artist or a visit to a concert.

Sure! I try to keep my arrangments playable for intermediate level players. Sometimes I make advanced arrangements, but usually I try to keep things simple.
