    Great Information really enjoyed it. I practice Fut Sau Wing Chun. I notice when doing a fire type (strike) It really gets me tired. Any Suggestions to ease this.?

      @hound8881 It would be hard to say without seeing you do it. But usually when people get too tired, it means they're too tense. You should never hold the fist tightly. Form the fist but don't clench it tightly. When you make contact with something such as a heavy bag or a focus mitt, the impact will naturally close your fist.
