Sam is very depressed in this one, everyone hates her, Tara is tired of her being so protective, & once the killings begin she blames herself.. she acts more sad in this one compared to five but ya know she has the dark side which almost takes over many times
(SPOILER]The 2 saddest parts of scream 6 was when Anika fell from the ladder. And when Chad sacrificed himself to save Tara was so sad. The way she was crying (Ty for 100 likes)
I have to say this is on the level of Sidney and Tatum from the first movie. One of the many great things from this movie. Despite the strain, they were by each other from start to finish. It reflected in how Tara stopped herself from yelling further at Samantha and made it clear that her overprotectiveness was truly out of love and didn't hesitate to go with her to the police station after Bailey asked her to come there.
I love Tara and Sam’s Bond ❤I love how Sam is always worried about Tara she is always trying to keep her safe she doesn’t want her sister dead . And I understand when Tara said “when am I going to be a normal person again??Tara doesn’t want a serial killer chasing her. She doesn’t want any of this to be in her life. And it’s really sad when Sam said he wants to punish me I should just give my self up. That part was really sad and when Tara said let us protect you this time. The reason why Tara said that is because Sam is always looking out for her friends she doesn’t want her friends to be dead Sam is always looking out for Tara she loves her sister Sisters should always have each other’s backs!!🫶🏼
One more thing. When Samantha first said who her father was, it was to Tara in a frustrated and teary confession with her throwing an apology at her to finish. As Tara said, her half-sister estranged herself for over 5 years and the previous night she was viciously assaulted and stabbed by the new Ghostface which on top of attracting Samantha back had her throw that bombshell of information on her was too much for her. When she told it to Dr. Stone, it was deciding that she'll trust him and give him a chance. It was spoken of casually which said she accepted her father for who he was even if she was disturbed at it. When she said that to Detective Wayne Bailey, Samantha was out of breath as she just finished defeating him. She emphasized Billy Loomis being an evil and sadistic Ghostface murderer as to say he was one and the world may falsely see her as an evil Ghostface and as a pariah until possibly death but her character is better than Billy's ever was regardless of what Wayne ever thought of her.
y’all my theory was right, when i watched this movie and saw the 3 killers i knew my theory was right. I thought as since scream 3 had 1 killer maybe scream 6 would be different i thought there would be 3 killers. Which there was and scream 6 is my favorite sequel.

Sam’s father was Billy, the og ghost face from the first movie. In the 5th movie (the first one they stared in) one of the ghostfaces was Richie. Sam killed him. That’s why the ghostfaces in the 6th movie who are richie’s dad and siblings are targeting them now
