The way the horse looked at you, and then the voice said, "That's tiny." when you looked through the binoculars, to me, sounded like the horse making a comment to you about the buck. And from that point forward, in my head, every time I heard the "hunter's voice" in this game, my mind registered it as the horse commenting things to you. On a side note, a hunting game where your sarcastic horse is commenting on everything you're doing, would be a game that I would throw money at.

I grew up playing the absolute hell out of these games. It is rather unfortunate what happens when you get to 2011 however I still am a fan of the others. The game that was also really hot in its time was Deer Hunter 2005 that games goated. I am probably one of the very few who still has the access to the mods that makes the deer bigger in general. So if you ever play it I have access to the modded 1.3.1 version.
To add to the v1.3 mod only made the antlers way bigger but the v1.3.1 mod added in new animal models that are neat but you can’t really hunt them like deer. For some reason it puts caribou from big game hunter 2003 in Georgia 😂
I just messed up a diamond water buffalo.... It actually makes me want to quit the game....it was my first ever one as well....it was legit the one time I messed up a water buffalo, it's bullshit
Thats still the best hunting game where you need to know something about ballistics, shooting running animals need to take lead, windage, bullet drops (it even says to you that the 357 is zeroed at 50 yards and you still hold dead on at 150 yards and you miss...yeah stupid game what? 🤦 You dont even know what ZERO means...Shooting 357 on a bison, buckshot on 100 yards, Varmint cal 22-250 rem on big game etc etc is telling me that the only word you have heard about in this game is MAGNUM and thats it. This new gen is so sad 🙁
