I love this! I sat down and watched the entire thing. I’m currently in a SHRM prep course and I was feeling a bit anxious until I watched this. All my questions have been answered and I’m anticipating the day I take the exam! I’m planning for this July, and after watching this video, I’m confident that all will be well!🎉🎉🎉 thank you!!!
Thank you so very much for taking the time to provide such valuable information. Planning to take the SPHR in a few weeks. However I feel as if the panelists have prepared me to now take the SHRM-SCP. Keep up the great work and thank you once again.
I did MBA HRM from India and have no experience in HR except theory education. I have no SHRM too. Can any body help me the way how I can get job for HR. I am Ohio resident.
It's great to hear about your interest in the HR Profession. We always recommend identifying the type of HR job someone wants first. Is it to be an HR Business Partner? Or is there a specialty, like Learning & Development? If someone is still researching the field and isn't 100% certain which position is the best fit, we recommend learning more about the profession. Maybe taking a SHRM Essentials of HR course would be a good next step to get a full overview of what it means to be an HR Pro today. Also, if you haven't done so already, why not go to a local SHRM Chapter meeting and start talking with those who are in the field. In terms of breaking into the field, we've seen many folks transition, for example, from a recruiting role into an HR Manager position or from a teaching role into Learning and Development or corporate training. It can be done! It takes time though. Best of luck with your search!
What study material or book should we follow? The content that was mentioned on this video of 1000 pages can that book be found in Amazon? Also other then Behavioral competencies what else should we learn by hard that can help us in the exam?
