I'm not planning to use the SHRM managing system. I bought other resources I'm studying from, but I cant wait until you drop your book in June.

Time commitment, but you need to make sure you are studying the best way.
This is true...it's one of the things I say the most. All of the studying in the world won't help you if you're studying WRONG.
