When my Daughter and I went to E.T.A.R., the lift wasn't operating. Bummer, I didn't even attempt the mountain. Went to Denton many years ago, but definitely preferred it.
I've finally got round to watching this now I'm back from Scotland. Been saving this to view on my telly and not my phone. I need to experience this ETAR you speak off
I like the shoes that are more challenging no shooting between trees and over and under stuff. That's the way we normally set our streets up but we always have people complain that the targets aren't out in the wide open area. We just tell them it's not target archery, it's 3-D and supposed to simulate hunting conditions.
@@bowsanderrors4017 If you wear a mask, get your Monkeypox jab and agree to worship Beelzebub.... maybe. There will also be a state quiz. We can do this!
We all miss Denton. Unfortunately, from what I've heard is the DCNR here in PA wouldn't give a multiple year lease to the organizers of the shoot. However, I believe the organizers actually own Sawmill and aren't as restricted by the state policies (lock downs and crowd limits). The next festival at Sawmill is 8/18. Traditional and training wheels....oops. I mean compound.
I agree, ETAR at Sawmill is not the same as Denton Hill. It’s now essentially the same shoot as ‘STAR’, held a month earlier with less people and no vendors.
Hope you had a good time. I hope to get there one of these years. How did you shoot? Did you shoot better instinctive or gap? Is that a fig tree growing into your swing?
Etar will never be as good at Sawmill as it was at Denton Hill. The courses are to crowed and the giant groups of 12 or more inconsiderate shooters just make the whole experience not fun.

Always great to see you shooting.
How many people attend? Looked sparsely active.
There's certainly less videos from ETAR since it moved.
Interesting. I wonder if it will ever go back to Denton Hill?

Great to see a video from you, seems like forever..Your bow was very quiet compared to the others. It looked like a Striker?
It is a Striker!
I haven’t gone to ETAR since they left
Denton Hill… 😑
Was the buzz a little more subdued? It looked very quiet in your video.

Ugh. I’d love to see it back at Denton

Hmph.

I shot better instinctively, but I shot a few courses trying to gap. And that fig is taking over!!
Sawmill is nice, but it ain't no Denton Hill 🎯
Truth!!!
I like your tee shirt :I speak French

I totally agree. I wish they would move it back.
