TB, just want to say I really enjoy your channel. One thing I appreciate is your shooting style as it is fairly short and to the point. Don't get me wrong, I like other RUclipsrs long formats as well but its nice when I'm visiting my "offices". While there, and only have a few minutes to "take care of business", I can take in a short, informative , and entertaining show. Keep up the good work
Thanks Robb, I so appreciate the kind words and my goal is to do exactly as you describe. Short and concise...sometimes we need more time but I try to keep things between 8-10 minutes. Thank you for making the time to watch and Stay Awesome!
That was a great explanation. Agreed the family has the vision first due to the amount of energy and detail they place in the design. Look forward to more of your videos. 😊
@@thevillagesdeluna If seniors had to do without SS and pay their fair share for health care, there would be few residents in the Villages. Most residents are solidly middle class. These Federal government handouts allow them to retire to Florida and act like jerks.
@@georgeandrews1586 what? paying taxes in while working and getting it returned and paying taxes in the same money? fair? AND medicare isnt free, and requires out pocket and supplemental, what country are you in, however the v illages are for party hardy, in many ways, not for everyone
@@georgeandrews1586 What do you consider fair share for healthcare??? My monthly healthcare costs me $176.10 Medicare Part B, $308.53 for Federal BCBS Standard which acts as my Medicare Part B supplement, my MetLife Dental monthly premium is $56.54, and my BCBS Vision in $11.03/month which all total $551.20/month. My husband is a disabled Veteran and gets some of his care at minimal cost from the VA, but he still pays $176.10 for Medicare coverage since he receives some of his care from community providers which includes a dentist and he pays the same $56.54 as me for his dental coverage which makes his monthly total healthcare costs $232.64. So our combined healthcare costs not including a few copays for meds and tests is $783.84/month = $9,406.08/year. If you don't think we are paying our "fair share" for healthcare you are sadly mistaken. As for the Social Security checks we both receive, we contributed our "fair share" with our combined time in the taxpaying workforce being 102 years. By the tone of your comment I highly doubt you will be joining us TV "jerks" at any time in the foreseeable future.

Why the success? See the Demographics
Thanks Ranger Kyle appreciate you taking the time!
The Villages are successful because of large Federal welfare programs that divert much needed resources to seniors.
Sorry, George I have my doubts on that one but thanks for watching.
