We used to visit the lodge every year. Once the Cherohalla Skyway opened up it became a haven for motorcyclists. The loud noise ruined the peaceful mountain atmosphere. They apparently do not have the consideration to put a quiet cruising muffler on the bikes when in the mountains. The loud Harley sound may be fine out in the desert and open spaces of Arizona, but they are rude and offensive in the quiet mountain areas.
