  • Basing out of the historic Snowbird Mountain Lodge on the Cherohala Skyway, Wayne and Jackie make the classic loop ride and stop to see some sights both old and new. Just found y'all and think your videos are superb! The road signs on the upper right corner are a great help for anyone wanting to visit.
I'm in the ATL area and always up in the GA/NC/SC/TN mountains riding. Yeah, no desire to ride the Dragon anymore--too much traffic & too many idiots, however the Cherohala is always fun. We even stopped at the Snowbird Lodge a few years back, but never stayed over.
    Again, great job and thanks!

I have found that riding in these areas that no matter what the weather conditions, each ride has it’s own beauty...

We usually do this ride, with variations, every fall with a stay at the Snowbird Mountain Lodge. Because we've kept closer to home this year we've done it a few times but I sure do enjoy our time at the lodge. You are so right, there are more great motorcycle rides in the Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains than anywhere else.

Excellent video. The way you put the roads you're on in top right of screen is much appreciated 👌. Makes it easier to follow along.

Nice job on this video. How do you get all the overhead scenes, do you pack a drone with you these days? Nice touch, especially the over the falls views.

Yes. I'm learning to fly a Mavic Mini drone. It's small enough to fit in my top case though being so small it's easily overwhelmed by wind so I can't use it as often as I'd like.
