I saw those same lamps at Walmart..............not a fan of chrome but the gold spray paint made them look super special..............great diy.

Doesnt the lamp unscrew so that you didn't have to paint the balls?Maybe could've saved some paint.I love the finished product.

Today With Tee I believe if you take the cover on the bottom of the base of the lamp off it should have a screw, so the can be taken apart. Nice job though & with shades it make the lamps look expensive.

New subbie ☺ Just a quick tip with spray painting... use the large trash bags to put down instead of smaller plastic or paper bags. Makes it much easier to clean up. Love the lamps!

Next time you do a project that involves tape..... use painter's tape. It removes very easily.

chrissy Walmart didn't have any of the skinny one . Only the wide and it would've been in the way . But I was looking for it .

I think you should invest in a painters tarp or go to goodwill and get old sheets or curtains for the patio area so you don't have much clean up after.

I like the ideal of spraying in between the bulb on the lamps. The lamp shades are pretty are you going to add anything to them.
