I doubt it. This looked like a really high chaos run and lorewise Daud is supposed to be alive for the second game which means Corvo is supposed to have enough justification to not kill Daud when taking revenge.
@@mikedevyatov3213Billie doesn’t commit to turning on Daud, so even though he killed a number of people it was still under the high chaos threshold. Considering that most of the overseers we see in the Flooded District as Corvo were interrogated and/or killed, it is likely that Daud killed most, but spared a few for the sake of interrogation. Though Daud was committed to redeeming himself, keeping the overseers alive with knowledge of his base puts his Whalers at risk, so he really has no choice but to execute them.
It is faster to eliminate everyone, if he sleep darts the first, then kills the second. If he used regular darts, he would have to aim for headshot to kill, thus taking more time, as one regular dart to the body doesnt kill.

Why does he use the sleep darts than kill the others

I spent 100 Runes upgrading blink! Jokes aside, I used mods to alter the blink distance and Nvidia Freestyle to remaster the graphics.
