In the early Pali texts, monks qua Arahant self-immolated. You are just completely wrong. Lastly, you are committing the no true scotsman fallacy, as Buddhist monks ARE and HAVE been self-immolating.
You don”t have to force to anything if you are enough intelligent and positive person. Otherwise negative person sees every thing black and complain to others. More study ok
