I was a victim criminal case of cheating value exceeding 1 cr, I gave all evidence including CCTV footage call recording. in which the accused was accepting his crime. more than everything including mobile phone location was matching DCP Shweta Chauhan, central Delhi didn't register my FIR because she was bribed by the accused. My family is facing a situation like never before because of cops like her :(

I wish such informative videos appeared in your 2010 my brother forgot his ATM card of IDBI Bank ( Mulund, Mumbai ),,, this memory is still fresh in my mind, it was Valentine's Day ,,, guy who next took that misused it shopping in rmall(Mulund),,, next when he realized card is missing he stopped cards functioning by phone, but card was already misused day before ,,, maximum transaction could be done with the card was 25k ,,,and this guy used all this money 💰 buying gifts ,,, how I got to know? Bcos we saw buying was done in Rmall with that card and it reflected in online statement ,,, bro was at work so I myself went to talk to servillance Dept of mall and for that particular time they showed me person ( guy in pink t-shirt and a hat) which matched with CCTV footage of Bank ATM ,,, so when I went to Mulund police station telling then about the incident and requesting them to register FIR ,,they denied and when I went to senior police officer in that police officer probably the departmental head he denied it too,,,politely speaking in English he said he can't register FIR , he asking me to video footage evidence from mall and bank in pendrive ,,,,I was like ,,,, isn't it is police job to collect evidence ??? That was my first and last trip to police station ,,I have completely lost faith in Indian Police Service .they just look for excuse to not to register FIR,,,,they just like to seat in chair of police station and warming up the seat 😐😠

Sir ji Can we file directly writ of mandamus if police is not taking FIR ....Complainant have approached to Supritendant of Police also but FIR was not registered in Cheating case .....the Concerned Police Officer (IO) has taken birbe ...its clear cheating case ....Govt pleader ( Asst director ) has given her legal opinion in this which is Positive ....but that police Officer has submitted his report to the SDPO office that it's Civil Dispute and Given Closure report for closing the Complaint ....but this is not true .....please Guide me on this ...Thank you
