The speed of speech is far too fast for people to understand and process what they are hearing. It would have been better with video as well to help prospective users understand, process and retain the information

It can be done online with our step by step guidance. www.lastingpowerofattorney.service.gov.uk/home we do have further podcasts available on filling in your LPA and how to avoid common mistakes. If you have complicated finances or complex relationships you may want to talk to a solicitor but not compulsory. I hope this helps, Laura

If you go into the video's settings, you can select a slower playback speed: 0.75, 0.5 or 0.25.
