      bodybuilding is a nieche sport, always has been. Your average Joe is NOT interested in watching dudes in bikinis 'muscle it out' on stage.

      @@ThinkTwice2222 UFC is a company, mma is a sport. Fighting has been a core trait in humans since the inception of time, other combat sports like boxing were already super famous and being watched, with proper management mma (therefore UFC) had a better chance of getting bigger.
      Bodybuilding and Mr. Olympia have been around for a very long time, they’re not going mainstream simply because the vast majority of the population are not interested.

    Where is the link to cbums video hany was going to link in the description?
    I like how Hany keeps it real and is transparent on all aspects of the sport, like drug use for example that many coaches to swap under the rug. Id love to see more content on his training, diet and supplement/drug philosophies. Mistakes he has done himself and see others do, what hes learned from being in the industry so long.

    QUESTION- Creatine messes with my stomach. What's a good alternative if any?
    In my 20s it didn't. Late 30s-40s it does. Always great content! Thanks for sharing your insight with all of us.

      I never had stomach issues from creatine but I found that it made my.face look bloated..I mean i know it pulls.water.int.the.muscle.which is why you.quixkly.add.bodyweight but my issue was ifade my.face look like I'd gained 40lbs.not.10

    I hated training abs. I finally made it a priority in my training and it's made a huge difference in my physique. It's still a drag but I don't hate it as much.

    @Hany, I watch all your podcasts (love the content, keep it coming) just amazing free stuff. I can also tell that Hany’s success is his ability to pay attention to details, knowledge, versatility, and time management. This is how he is able to prep 3 top athletes at the same time. I watched the CBUM Olympia wrap up RUclips video that Calvin did and the behind-the-scenes dialog between Hany and CBum was riveted, motivational and goose pimpled.     I'm doing CPT right now from ISSA. I'm making sure to go chapter by chapter and understand each concept well enough before moving in to the next.     The part about the waist was really interesting. I'm a men's physic competitor and my coach wants me to wear a waist trainer and lift heavy. I do not natural have. A small waist and and curious if the lifting heavy is why to me my waist looks to be bigger than last year. I do not do squats and the only weighted excersise I do is 1 set of 20 heavy cable crunches 3 to 4 times week. A little more information as far as what mens physic for able should or should not be doing and how many days a week the abs should be trained

    Wondering you could speak on the topic of prepping females particularly figure/WPD. I’ve had coaches running me into the ground early on like 11-12 weeks out on high cardio, 3 digit cals, long periods of zero carbs at that far out etc and wanted your thoughts on these types of things from a metabolism and hormonal stand point and possible after effects of these methods.

    Hi Hany, one question, if you would be prepping a natural bodybuilder (No super sups involved or anything pharmaceutical) before a show how long would u cut/ minimise the water intake for that person / if u just reduce the water but to how much?
    Another one Q: Would you carb up the person when cutting the water or adding water as well in slowly? If u could give me some tips on this would be great! Thank you Sir!

    Hany, what tips do you give for objectively assessing your own physique’s strength and weaknesses? How do I tell if eg small arms relative to my body is because of genetic tendencies or my fault of not training them right?
    If I ask my gym bros, they’ll suggest their flavor of the month workout. If I ask non-training people, they cannot distinguish the finer details

    I've seen a lot of mention randomly, from many body builders, that the stair master is what helped them get their glutes to reach further down and better develop. If I recall correctly, I think Jay Cutler even mentioned that (if im wrong my bad). So form your experience, can the stair climber actually help with glute development and that tie in and is that something you would suggest for body builders in general?

    I want some advice. So I've been doing the FST-7 workouts for 6 months. I'm getting good definition and muscle growth. I recently noticed that I can see the muscle fibers on my shoulder and chest. My question what do I do now? Do I go heavy? for volume in the muscle? or do I continue with a moderate weight?

    Not criticizing Hany any trainer but as he alluded to many of the changes trainers charge you thousands to make you can make for free on your own. For example Hany talked about doing cable crossovers if you haven't done them is advice trainers normally charge for.

    I have question for Hany: As a coach does he take any responsibility when one of his athletes tears a muscle? Generally can you blame injuries on coaches? We know some athletes are so mentally tough they can be pushed to their absolute limits.

    Hi Hany, class podcast as usual. I have a leg day related question if you can help. I am 194 lbs 6ft 3 with long legs. I have a knee injury from soccer but I can still train legs. I am trying to build my legs as due to them being long they look slimmer than usual. What exercises , rep ranges and tips do you have for me to get tree trunk legs? Also is leg pressing to just below 90 degrees sufficient for leg development ? Thanks
