Hany is right there with Belichek, Saban, Popavich, Coach K, and Phil Jackson. I just wish Olympia would realize how big it Could be and expand like F1 and UFC have
@@ThinkTwice2222 UFC is a company, mma is a sport. Fighting has been a core trait in humans since the inception of time, other combat sports like boxing were already super famous and being watched, with proper management mma (therefore UFC) had a better chance of getting bigger. Bodybuilding and Mr. Olympia have been around for a very long time, they’re not going mainstream simply because the vast majority of the population are not interested.
Hany- ABSOLUTELY do more of these type shows. My wife and I are huge fans. She’s an IFBB Women’s Physique Pro…..we’re also big fans of your supplements and apply your training, nutritional and supplement recommendations…. Keep it coming …
A specific podcast on the aging athlete (50+) covering optimal training regimes and nutrition for both trained athlete and untrained athlete would be epic… keep up the good work- AH
I really appreciate you saying perfect knowledge for free. It is really hard to earn this knowledge with experience and i have used it and it works. You have so many athletes you will never know if . Thanks
The way you look like my late father is insane! He died in 2016 , but the mouth movements and the hand gestures and the watches. I sent clips to my mother and she started crying! Absolutely love you Hany ❤
I'm not just speaking for myself but am I the only one who would love a book by Hany on his coaching career and all the stories and adventures with all the athletes he's coached throughout the years. I think it would be riveting.
The G.O.A.T coach of Bodybuilding 👑 Watched the Calvin's masterpiece and the best thing is he doesn't force people to interact with the camera. It's like he just standing calmly and shooting with his camera and you guys are just genuinely doing what you do. honestly you're an amazing person hany. Just one more request please do a whole documentary from your side if phil "The GOAT heath" comes back for his 8th O title 🙏
Excellent podcast! The information is priceless but the genuine camaraderie between you two shows. You both speak in a tone that’s real, down to earth, energizing yet calming. As an athlete trying to get her masters pro card I get anxious but the podcasts get my head back in the right place💪
I think for those getting into the sport PEDS, PCT AND ANCILLARIES that correspond w prep and peak. There is no shortage of opinion on these topics but we need a masterclass from Hany
I always got to go back and watch this a couple of times and I always get something different from it this stuff is gold thank you so much for giving this
Great Q&A! Can you go over a few examples of training around injuries or how to adjust training coming off injuries. Thanks! These sessions are really helpful.
Where is the link to cbums video hany was going to link in the description? I like how Hany keeps it real and is transparent on all aspects of the sport, like drug use for example that many coaches to swap under the rug. Id love to see more content on his training, diet and supplement/drug philosophies. Mistakes he has done himself and see others do, what hes learned from being in the industry so long.
I'm a personal trainer, have loved personal since 3 years old, so the last 34 years of my life and you inspire the fuck out of me Hany. Not to just be a better coach but to be a better person myself. Glad I came across your stuff man. You're an inspiration to many I'm sure
Amazing podcast absolutely love it. Thank you so much for all of the great FREE information. Will be supporting the brand and buying all the supplements.
Can you guys talk about meal timing as a whole? As far as how many meals prior to training, what kind of meals are optimal prior to going to sleep, etc.
Great podcast. Your suggestion of getting out of regular routine and changing things up. Just spot on. I went back to GPP type exercise. Thank you for the suggestion.
You’re the best Hany, love all the information. As a newer trainer & coach, I really appreciate you sharing your experiences and knowledge! The best in the game💪🏼
QUESTION- Creatine messes with my stomach. What's a good alternative if any? In my 20s it didn't. Late 30s-40s it does. Always great content! Thanks for sharing your insight with all of us.
I never had stomach issues from creatine but I found that it made my.face look bloated..I mean i know it pulls.water.int.the.muscle.which is why you.quixkly.add.bodyweight but my issue was ifade my.face look like I'd gained 40lbs.not.10
my question is when will we see a documentary about Hany Rambod because man you should have one to give this new generation an inside of why you are the best coach and trainer because I have seen anyone take on people and have them win titles like you have its crazy and haven't seen other trainers or coaches do what you have mastered.
Hany, I would like to hear your thoughts and tips or advice for natural bodybuilders. You started as a natural bodybuilder earlier on in your youth. Please share more on the experience of that.
I hated training abs. I finally made it a priority in my training and it's made a huge difference in my physique. It's still a drag but I don't hate it as much.
@Hany, I watch all your podcasts (love the content, keep it coming) just amazing free stuff. I can also tell that Hany’s success is his ability to pay attention to details, knowledge, versatility, and time management. This is how he is able to prep 3 top athletes at the same time. I watched the CBUM Olympia wrap up RUclips video that Calvin did and the behind-the-scenes dialog between Hany and CBum was riveted, motivational and goose pimpled. Wish you continued success for 2023!!!
First of all Big respect and gratitude to Hany and all the knowledge he has given us , appreciate it. A question: When hitting a lagging body part that needs improvement (off seasons setting) , do you like higher Cals (or cheat meals) before the day of the workout or on the day of the workout for the lagging body part?
What would be the most considerate change between a "natural" athlete and PEDs athlete? (other then recovery time). Must do's and dont's? advice? Split? Have Hany talk a little about it? Natty or not we all wanna improve.
Do you have your athletes incorporate any stretching into their routine? Separate from their workouts? If so, what do you have them do, how long, how many times per week? Love the content btw!!!
Amazing podcast and content Hany . Always sharing valuable information even if it may be insightful to people competing against your athletes . Lots of love ❤️ bro
I'm doing CPT right now from ISSA. I'm making sure to go chapter by chapter and understand each concept well enough before moving in to the next. I really like the way the contents been put up, the way they empathize and explain the concepts. Is there any advice you'd like to give to a beginner who's just starting out? How do you think should I go about ahead? Thanks in advance ! :)
Can you make a video regarding calves, calf raises where the foot placing should be techniques and tips because sometimes people might be doing the simplest exercise the wrong way i might be one of them so can you guide us
The part about the waist was really interesting. I'm a men's physic competitor and my coach wants me to wear a waist trainer and lift heavy. I do not natural have. A small waist and and curious if the lifting heavy is why to me my waist looks to be bigger than last year. I do not do squats and the only weighted excersise I do is 1 set of 20 heavy cable crunches 3 to 4 times week. A little more information as far as what mens physic for able should or should not be doing and how many days a week the abs should be trained
Wondering you could speak on the topic of prepping females particularly figure/WPD. I’ve had coaches running me into the ground early on like 11-12 weeks out on high cardio, 3 digit cals, long periods of zero carbs at that far out etc and wanted your thoughts on these types of things from a metabolism and hormonal stand point and possible after effects of these methods.
Hi Hany, one question, if you would be prepping a natural bodybuilder (No super sups involved or anything pharmaceutical) before a show how long would u cut/ minimise the water intake for that person / if u just reduce the water but to how much? Another one Q: Would you carb up the person when cutting the water or adding water as well in slowly? If u could give me some tips on this would be great! Thank you Sir!
Hypothetical question, would you work with a vegetarian/vegan and if you think it's possible for someone with that sort of diet to get to the top level? Love the pod binged all the episodes recently.
Hany, what tips do you give for objectively assessing your own physique’s strength and weaknesses? How do I tell if eg small arms relative to my body is because of genetic tendencies or my fault of not training them right? If I ask my gym bros, they’ll suggest their flavor of the month workout. If I ask non-training people, they cannot distinguish the finer details Cheers from Albania, congratulations on your athletes!
Long time Evogen supplement customer. Love the products!! Spoke with you at Olympia a few years ago about Peach Carnigen and you mentioned some of the ingredients were expensive. Any chance of Cali Time Tea Aminoject and Peach Carnigen coming back?
I've seen a lot of mention randomly, from many body builders, that the stair master is what helped them get their glutes to reach further down and better develop. If I recall correctly, I think Jay Cutler even mentioned that (if im wrong my bad). So form your experience, can the stair climber actually help with glute development and that tie in and is that something you would suggest for body builders in general?
I want some advice. So I've been doing the FST-7 workouts for 6 months. I'm getting good definition and muscle growth. I recently noticed that I can see the muscle fibers on my shoulder and chest. My question what do I do now? Do I go heavy? for volume in the muscle? or do I continue with a moderate weight? Please let me know!! HUGE FAN OF YOUR WORK!!! ALL THE WAY FROM SOUTH-AFRICA!!!
Not criticizing Hany any trainer but as he alluded to many of the changes trainers charge you thousands to make you can make for free on your own. For example Hany talked about doing cable crossovers if you haven't done them is advice trainers normally charge for.
Hello to the best coach in the world, I started working out when I was 14 years old, and Al-Aan is 17 years old, and my sports field is physics, and I want to continue working out like Andrei Deiu, and what supplements should I take, please explain everything to me, thank you very much😇
I have question for Hany: As a coach does he take any responsibility when one of his athletes tears a muscle? Generally can you blame injuries on coaches? We know some athletes are so mentally tough they can be pushed to their absolute limits.
Hi Hany, class podcast as usual. I have a leg day related question if you can help. I am 194 lbs 6ft 3 with long legs. I have a knee injury from soccer but I can still train legs. I am trying to build my legs as due to them being long they look slimmer than usual. What exercises , rep ranges and tips do you have for me to get tree trunk legs? Also is leg pressing to just below 90 degrees sufficient for leg development ? Thanks
Very good podcast, but i want more about training and foods. I have question, what do you think about complex minerals and vitamins for example nexgen pro. It is worth or not ? Next question is about fruits and vegetables, i mean i eat a lot of these things 500g each, because its low of calories :D Thanks
