Though smoking is terrible for you, quickly inhaling them exhaling is actually slightly better than taking a long inhale/exhale since the tar has less time to collect in your lungs. By no means does that imply that you will get no tar in your lungs. Cigarettes are inherently unsafe
Update: Tried the Jones method of exhale and it is much more satisfying. Recommend it to the smokers for sure. Certainly no complaints on my behalf that's for sure, yes sir yes sir.

If I was a smoker I'd definitely do this. You may be addicted to nicotine, I'm addicted to caffeine. It would be a win-win situation if I actually smoked.
nicotine kinda feels like the opposite of caffeine, at least for me. i dont smoke tobacco very often and when i do its like the relaxation of weed times ten, 70% of the feeling being in the head rather than in the body.
@@ganjacuntevil nicotine is a stimulate, it shouldn't relax you, it mainly raises the blood pressure and can definitely feel relaxing, but it does nothing to actually relax you. that being said tho, i do agree, weed can sometimes put me in more of a panic instead of relaxing me, so there are times where nicotine will actually balance me out and help me relax.

@@dropdedgothishnicotine in higher amounts can make me feel really tired and drowsy. Im not sure how common it is for people to feel tired from it but i have heard other people say high amounts make them tired. High amounts of nicotine also make me feel anxious though while also feeling tired.
