Another tip for doing your dominent hand is starting with the non dominant hand first. This way you are less tired and over it by the time you are done! I fly through my right hand after lol
I used to paint my nails every single day (girl I don't know how I had the time or motivation either) and I just realized that I subconsciously did exactly that just so I'd have the "bad" part out of the way. If you do the dominant hand first then you're already over it by the time you have to do your non dominant hand. Never questioned it but it makes so much sense!
So cute! You know what helped me with foils? Instead of using my fingernail or the tool to push the design onto the nail, I started using a piece of fabric, or even a lint free wipe or something. For some reason, it works! I’ll just take either a piece of washcloth or something and I just keep rubbing the design on the nail all over. Now they always transfer right.🤷🏼♀️
I was looking for your post yesterday but there wasn’t one thought I missed the notification glad you posted today I look forward to your weekly videos thanks for sharing Happy Sunday
You did great! Girl foils are a whole other thing to learn. Sometimes it's the actual foils but there are sometimes issues with the time a person is curing the adhesive and how quickly you place the foil. I had to do a lot of research and what I found gave me the most info was the reviews of the transfer foil gel. Anyhow you're brave for creating while still learning but there are other creators with 300-400k subscribers that don't get anywhere near the amount of likes and support so keep up the good work.
Some may not agree, but I actually like that both hands share similarities, such as color, foils & stones, but I like one hand has the “V” cut while the other doesn’t. Both gorgeous and compliment each other.
Hey beautiful I love the foils I just ordered some designer decals and when you're doing the whole nail try doing 1 side at a time to prevent wrinkles. Enjoy your week 💝
@C Tutorials A silicone tip paint brush or a stylus will help the foils stick better if you rub over them with it. It makes a big difference doing it with one of those cause it feels like ur rubbing plenty but it's not consistent enough pressure and then when ur peeling the foil up if u see some didn't transfer stop there and don't finish peeling it off instead just redo the foil gel application in the missing spot and then stick the foil back down and rub over it again and you will get the spots ur missing. Good luck with ur next try with the foils. And another tip is to do some relief cuts on the curves of the foil so it can wrap around easier. To do it stick down the middle of the foil and then do the tiny cuts before stick the rest of the foil down in thedos u see it isn't going to lay down without wrinkles.
I loved your video!! You did such an amazing job I need to learn how to do my nails I've only ever done polygel nails which I love too!! But would love to learn acrylic nails as well I love the ombre look
That first box of foils u showed I brought from aliexpress only downside is it took a month to get to me. I was surprised when you said this is you haven’t used foil before. But you made a good beautiful set
Same for Amazon, girl! I got mine all for $1 and some change from igel beauty! Annnnd girl, they are cute! They have so many! Shipping took right at around 14 days, but more than worth it. I wouldn't steer you wrong! 💜🤞🎀
@@liafranco6386 how was shipping for you? I'm in WV, but idk if that really makes a huge difference or. I know on their website it says that during big sales and such that shipping may take a bit longer so I did kinda expect it 😅
@@nail.candipressons I ordered on 2/8 and got my order on 2/21. The delay for me was the post office. My order shipped out the 11th. It was coming from Houston per the tracking info. I live in TX. They somehow sent my package to TN. Got not update for days after then it showed up in my mailbox on 2/21.
I just subbed to your channel, you have the perfect variety of nail hauls, tips and great not to expensive kit trials. Blessings from across the pond, Scotland. 🙏🏴🌺
A really cute 🥰 set A quick tip with the Makartt transfer foil gel Cure for 30 to 60 sec wait for it to cool off like 3-5 sec then start to rub foil in hard with hand for silicone tool works right every time let me know if it works for you keep up up I’m a new sub and really enjoying the content 👏🏽👏🏽😍
I’m so excited, just paused the video to say that!! I need to get some designer stickers, but they seem impossible to find. I’m going to try Etsy after the video. Your just about to test the foils!!!! *squeee*
You can find them on Ali express just search nail foils and then look at each the listings till u find what u want, don't off the 2picture u cansee before clicking cause each listing usually has tons of options. If u don't see them listed in photos try hitting the play button on the images asst the to of the listings and sometimes it shows foils they don't list pictures of that u select by numbers to order cause it keeps them from getting the listing banned for them being designer knock offs. Also check out Femi beauties blog she post exact listings for awesome usually hard to find items.
these are wayyyyy better than the cheap junk you would find on Amazon. hint about foils if they are thick and having trouble transfering, they might be cheap/defective. good foils are really thin and transfer well
C - on the off chance you see this and would be kind enough to respond, what is the tripod you use for filming overhead with your phone? Just starting my own journey with nails and recording them. Thanks in advance, love your creativity 🥰 can’t wait for more and more content from you
Hi c! I just got married on 2-22-2022 to my HS crush lol we drifted apart for some time and ended up finding one another 6yrs ago and been inseparable since...

Good thinking bat man! I think I'll try that in the future. Blessings from Scotland. 🙏🏴🌺
I do this too!!!
been telling folks this for years lol
I really love this set. I would wear these as my everyday set.

This set is understated but that's what I like about it! Nice!!
I was looking for your post yesterday but there wasn’t one thought I missed the notification glad you posted today I look forward to your weekly videos thanks for sharing Happy Sunday
I like the set without the V cuts better. Super elegant set you did. I love it

yes specifically there's a brand called "Gelixer" that has been the best transfer foil gel I've found
Maybe you should try curing the transfer gel longer in the lamp. I found it helps the foils stick better that way (at least for me)
I was just going to say that. I think most people cure for 1 to 2 mins with Makarrt foil glue.
I'ma try that cause they give me hell
Some may not agree, but I actually like that both hands share similarities, such as color, foils & stones, but I like one hand has the “V” cut while the other doesn’t. Both gorgeous and compliment each other.

V cuts were cute but I like the simplicity of your final design for a wedding.
Please do a nail set using the foils you recommend sooner than later.
I would suggest using a potted bg or clear polygel to adhere chunkier rhinestones or charms because it's less likely to move around on you!!!
New sub! Just found your page and I’m binge watching! 💕 love love love 💅🏽
This is such a pretty set! I think you may need to be curing your Foil glue longer.
Yea I cure mine for 60-90 seconds and never have issues
I like the v cut french!!!!

Beautiful u just inspired me to do this set
Love your videos, was waiting for you to post
Girl no apologies needed. Weddings are a super busy time whether it's your own or being in it as I've done both! I agree with removing the French.
I love your edits 🥰😭 (the extended drumroll was so intriguing) they turned out great 💅🏾
Very nice set luv thanks for sharing and showing much love always💅💕💕💕
I like the v cuts
I love your videos alot.
Do u cure dehydrated and primer in a uv lamp?
no. u just let it natural dry
The V cuts look good for the wedding but without for just everyday nails

Gurl there are some cute foils on shein too
My thing just poped up I love your vids💕
You need to stamp your name on the dom hand pre acrylic hack, it’s brilliant!
I actually liked it better without the vcut, I like the simplicity given the occasion. 💖
They have alot of designer foils on aliexpress
Igel beauty has them too they just take forever to come in mine took 3 weeks to come in 😩
You should do a whole Nail Haul From Etsy Find Good Monomer And Powdersss
Pretty nails.
