I had started volleyball when I was like 14 or so and now I'm 18. I recently joined a serious training group to prepare for my exam. I was going to move away for my college life but the bond I have with the group made me choose not to. I will never regret joining these guys. They teach me so much and never made me feel down, cry or even belittle me since I'm a girl. That's one of the things I am thankful for in my life and will forever be
Volleyball is such a great sport, the relationship inside the team is somehow closer than other sports and I love it. Also I love watching your videos ❤️❤️
If y’all played volleyball you guys would know I have play in gymnastics soccer softball and basketball and volleyball is just the greatest team it is because it is a sport that everyone is supportive in and it is just wonderful nobody else would know but volley players

I used to play basketball and we were all very anxious before every game so my coach (also my dad) showed us how to feel better. You just laugh. Fake laugh until you actually start laughing. It's a natural response in your brain, even if you feel anxious at first you're inevitably happier afterward. So just laugh it off until you feel better :) it's helped me and my team every time
