I've this disease. This patient should use omega3, salmon oil and fatty fishes and choline bitartrate with cynacobalamin to reduce this risk.

This is my MRI REPORT could you pls elaborate this meaning
Multiple high resolution MR scanning of the brain was done on a 3.0T Achieva Philips MR scanner.
Following sequences were obtained: FRFSE T2W in coronal and axial planes. FRFSE T1W axial &
sagittal planes and FLAIR sequences in axial plane.
Irregular T2W & FLAIR hyperintense areas are seen in bilateral periventricular white matter
regions with no restriction in DWI suggestive of ischemic demyelination changes.
Tiny T2WI & FLAIR hyperintense foci are seen in bilateral fronto-parietal regions - likely
    small vessel ischemic changes.
Rest of the brain parenchyma appears normal.
The cerebellum & brainstem are normal.
No sellar or suprasellar mass lesion is seen.
The lateral, third and fourth ventricles are normal in size, shape and position.
The basal cisterns, fissures and sulci are normal.
    No extra-axial collection seen.
    IMPRESSION: Findings reveal:
Ischemic demyelination changes in bilateral periventricular white matter regions.
Small vessel ischemic changes in bilateral fronto-parietal regions.

2 1/2 yrs ago I had an Ischemia stroke; told I had small blood vessel disease. The first few mos I appeared to improve, the next yr however I could not make progress, and now I feel I am getting worst. Is this what happens with small blood vessel Disease?
