that's how asians sell their stuff. through negotiations. You never pay what they tell you to pay. You negotiate, you can do that in stores in the US. like instead of paying 500 dollars for a mattress, say you'll pay like 450 in cash. because credit cards cost some fee so if the fee is like 70 dollars, then they make only like 430. so 450 cash is cheaper for you and they make 20 extra dollars than credits.
You can always negotiate with cash than credit if you're dealing with high prices in near thousands of dollars.
