Have been tired, exhausted, heavy, weak and frustrated from school. I don't even have the motivation to do assignments or projects. Was really tired and had to force myself to go to this training session, and thought I would film the state I am in. When I say that I'm not doing assignments, I don't mean I go off to play. I haven't even played any games or watched anime for months... and I find myself staring into space asking what is everything for, blank in the head. Won't go into further detail to take up your time but that's what has been going on lately. However I really want to keep making videos and training, that's the only thing keeping me going day by day.
I feel you. Someday I just wish to stay in the bed all day long and stay close in home. But then I go to the park, train 'till i feel my body exhausted, train even if I feel weak and not able to do the stuff i usually do, train no matter what. After that I usually feel better, it helps me survive the stress and the anxiety, the depression and the bad mood. So never give up. Stay strong. Think about all that you achieved and don't let frustration overhelm yourself.
If you’ve got multiple assignments that are due months down the road I’d start completing chunks of them, you might be feeling the weight of them looming over you and are unmotivated but if you start completing them you won’t feel as burdened. It’s usually always harder to start something then finish so just pick one thing that’s bothering you and is something you’re capable of doing and start.
Pretty much what im going through aswell right now.. injured body - can’t train to my max potential, struggling with school, loss of motivation in both aspects, and generally just bored all the time, don’t know what to spend my time on.. feel like giving up, but won’t just yet, hoping we all will make it past our hardships.
Just know that even if it takes a while eventually you will feel better. I was im that same state youre in like a year ago and it has gotten better with time. I still have certain days where i feel terrible but its way better now still. You got this bro
Continue training, switch up the variations with different grips, u can do ur sets but mix it up with close grip/wide grip/explosive/slow pull ups. Sometimes doing harder or easier versions of an exercise is what u need to get back into progress
