Wow, great polishes. I love that you swatched them on the wheel as part of the unboxing. I love the gray/senua combo! Painting the second coat off camera is fine, but painting at least one of the coats on camera like you did is helpful. The nightmare night owl is spectacular!

@@idream.of.lacquer I'm just starting to read more of the details as opposed to just polish descriptions. I'm starting to get a hang of how HHC works compared to PPU. It's nice that hhc sells overpores of past releases

New to your channel, enjoyed the video. The NOL nightmare was a reanimation, LBH always has a few polishes they bring back each month. If you want to see swatches, you need to look at past videos. It's fun, I do it every month to see live swatching. ❤ Your video was great, some swatchers put the first coat on off camera and show the second coat going on. Personally, if I had to choose, I like seeing the first coat, but honestly I like seeing both, it helps knowing how it builds up. I've subscribed, look forward to more videos.❤❤

And thank you for the info on LBH. I've been shopping from the pre-order sites for a little while now, but I'm still learning all the differences between the sites.
I’m the same way!! I work from home so I am constantly just looking at my collection, especially my indie polishes 😍 I’ll pull out a different drawer and swatch and/or play with topper combos.
@@04ngarcia sometimes looking at your collection helps with low buys. Looking at so many beautiful polishes that I haven't worn yet helps 😁
Hey, now that I"m watching your LBOH unboxing I"m super excited for my package to get here. I've been a champ sticking to my no/low buy. My low buy rule means two of anything polish and/or polish related...I admit it's a challenge to comment sometimes, but so far so good. I ordered the BCB Lacquer "Your Hair, It Looks Like Fire" and Elbe "Cure For Humanity". I also grabbed one of the bottle openers because it was so inexpensive. I had no clue it's original purpose. I'm just hoping it will work. I've been using my jar opener. lol Thank you for swatching the BCB Lacquer...it's so beautiful. :) I put in my PPU order this morning. One of my two is the BCB Lacquer "You Shall Not Pass". I promise you BCB Lacquer and Rogue are going to trip me up this month if I'm not careful. lol
@@lisabartz2719 The bottle opener was way cheaper than I said here. I think it was only .50 cents. I also got the BCB lacquer this month ppu. I've been loving everything they are putting out 😭

If I had to guess, I would say that NOL polished wasn’t swatched because it wasn’t a newly released polish.

@@Frankieeeblahhh thank you!! 😊 yeah hella handmade creation seems to have different rules than polish pickup. I'm sure you're right about it being an older polish. I need to go through and read the descriptions and the different categories they place their polish in 🧐 I just noticed that they even sell overpores from previous months.
@@JenniferDufoe yep, LBoH calls them reanimations. I bought the same polish last year, it was a reanimated polish when I bought it. It is gorgeous, so I totally understand them bringing it back over and over again!
I have definitely passed on sheer polishes when they advertised them as full coverage when they are obviously meant to be toppers. I’m taking a chance this PPU but I love the colors.
@@SethLavender I do love a completely full coverage polish. Even if it's a light color, I still want it to be opaque. I don't mind doing three coats because I don't want to see my nail line.
Christmas does not own red. It doesn't own the complimentary colors, red and green, either. I'm finally seeing some polishes with red and green components and it's psychedelic and cool IMO.
@@jeanettemarkley7299 I hear what you're saying, but my brain still just connects certain colors to certain holidays and seasons. When I look at a nail polish I instantly go to. I would like to wear this one for Halloween. This one would be good for fall. That being said, I also think nail polish is just made to be fun. So no rules 😁

The app I was using to reply to my comments has not been showing me all of them. I just swapped over my app and I just seen this comment.
It did not work for me whatsoever. It might have helped on some of the bottles that are textured but I don't have any issue opening those bottles anyways. It's the little shiny ones I have issues with and it just slid around the cap of those bottles. It was absolutely pointless. They We're not made for this purpose, so it's kind of a false advertisement in my opinion. Maybe I should bring that up in my next unboxing from LBH
