I checked on two boxes of domestic seconds and the shipping was almost as much as the wood. Edit: I should note that I went back to their page and added 9 boards (various hardwoods) that were 1/8" x 6" x 24" and the shipping did not appreciably go up so I felt better about spending almost $40 shipping on $135 worth of wood.
I too use Ocooch and I bought that sample pack. It's perfect for making test cards for engrave/cut testing.

Need someplace to put the wood?… The fireplace it would smell even better than it does now especially if you use orange wood. Also for a place you might try for woods softwoods hardwoods but it’s all true wood is JW hardwoods out of PEYTON Colorado they are a supplier of hardwoods that’s mostly rough cut but they do have a finish and I don’t know if they can help you but they can probably get you anything you need by buying any chance I can get and it’s good wood not junk

I think $20 was the sale price, which their Seconds often go on sale depending on their stock.

The domestic seconds box is now $25 :( Shipping is more expensive than the wood. So it would run $59 for me to get one box. I'm sure it's still a good deal though.
