Birds of Sattal by Ritesh Bagul

This video is collection of small clips shot during bird watching from various bird hides at Sattal, Nainitaal Uttaranchal India. The video shows various himalayan birds taking bath, drinking water, preening etc. Do watch till end and enjoy. I havent added background music purposefully to give you actual feel of forest and surroundings. Equipment used -Nikon D750 + 500 mm f4 vr.

mohana569 I went alone on personal tour...had booked stays at KMVN hotels and Birder’s den...managed on my own the birding part since I was alone couldn’t get guide.

hii..I shot this on d750 DSLR and compiled it in iMovie software which is free for iOS MAC or even iPhone systems.

I did solo visits to the sattal lake nearby streams in jungle (google location 29.352444795949612, 79.52634103609572)...and met a guide who took me to his bird hide near sattal ashram ..

@@rkbagul Thanks Ritesh. I was given a quote of Rs 24000 for a group bird watching tour. Not questioning thei intentions, but it's not worth it if we can cover so many bird species by hiring a local guide as you did🙂
