      @@RefClass As a new Basketball Official in Las Vegas and a former coach...I have watched these Referees work for some years and they consistently manage games well. Although they might say I didn't express such sentiments as a coach...lol. Watching your videos and learning from these excellent referees is my privilege. I started refereeing this summer and what I have learned from your videos and watching them work in person has helped me tremendously.

      As a new basketball official, welcome. In the heat of battle, a coach has to coach, and an official has to be an official. At the start and the end of the game, we usually share mutual respect for each other. We just give each other tough love during the game...lol. If I see you on the court in black and white, I'll be sure to check you out. And if it's fine by you, I'll even pass on a tip or two.😉
