Good stuff but I did have to check what the 10000 hour is as I have never heard of it.
Jason - would you elaborate the 10,000 hour rule as it is the first time I heard of it and I am mainly a road runner vs. trail. Thank you.
A rule of thumb that says it takes 10,000 hours to get great at anything.
