      he's averaging the same AST% as rookie Magic Johnson. And he was a 2nd rounder! that and he mostly played under 30 minutes for like half the season.. if he started 30+ mins he would probably be doing just as well as KAT.

    • @ijustateyourrdog
      @ijustateyourrdog 8 лет назад +2

      I meant in overall season stats wise, he'd be averaging way more. He's actually doing better than KAT now.

    • @Half_Full-Since96
      @Half_Full-Since96 8 лет назад

      I definitely agree with all the things you said I think I just like Murray's skill set and confidence more than mudiays. but mudiay will probably make a huge leap next year. I think we need to trade for a power forward who can do all the dirty work and be a hawk on D like a nerlens noel. faried is amazing next to jokic so I figure noel would slide in perfectly.

    good call on the soccer reference. I've noticed that, he doesn't just throw the pass to the man, he passes into space like a football player playing a through ball, he uses loops, bounces and swing passes to change the angles and speed the ball arrives leading his man to the right spot.

If Jamal Murray pans out the way I hope he does and Denver drafts well this summer (OG Anunoby, Jonathan Isaac and Frank Ntilikina will probably be in their range), this team could be a problem sooner than later.

    Another reason why he can be so effective in his passing is that he is shooting 3 pointers at 37%. This means that his man will have to guard him all the way out to the 3 point line, leaving the lane clear of rim protectors for his guards to cut. And because of his low post ability, the opposing team almost certainly has to have their best rim protector covering him, or he'll torch them. He's become my favorite young player really quickly. I love the way he plays

      He's technically better than Pau tbh, even Marc Gasol lol. My friend who's a Memphis Grizz superfan wants to trade for Jokic and give Marc Gasol cus he's that good. it's kinda funny actually lmaoo

      Marko Marković Ne ubacuj izdajnicko djubre divca (namerno malim slovima) i Jokica u isti kos. Mali Jokic ce biti bolji od njega, sto dokazuje njegov pocetak u NBA.

    Thanks for sharing this. I didn't know what a great passer Jokic is. His passing definitely looks elite from the video. Yet, when I see him play I don't see him make these kind of passes for some reason, also according to basketball reference he is averaging 3.9 assist per game (I see that stat line now for 5.6 assist are for the last 12 games).. Bigs that can pass is definitely an underrated offensive weapon. Some names that come to mind Duncan, Vlade, Horford, Lebron, and KD.. There are a lot of Celtic fans that rave about making a trade for Jokic for a center that has a low radar, and upside. I can see why..

      No, no, that is small numbers for this kind of talents, sure not just 8 rebounds, are you awared that he had last 30 games some 25-27 times more than 10 rebounds, somethimes even 15 plus, he will be for 5 years 23/12/8 and 1 steals 1 blocks

    Stop sleeping on the Nuggets. Everyone I talk to kinda laughs when I say the Nuggs are going to be giving the Warriors fits here in a couple of years. Murray and Harris in the back court is actually terrifying. Jokic is a beast (you can see that from the video). Barton is coming along real well too and not to mention they finally got rid of Farried and Chandler (those two played their hearts out for us for years so I will always love those guys) giving us way more money to work with. I would say that the Nuggs are going to real in a big name in the free agency but they have a crazy young core with a very high ceiling so maybe they won't have to? Either way, Malone knows what he's doing with this team. Chemistry is incredibly underrated and they have a TON of fun together on/off the court and the chemistry is already high on this team and will only get higher as they learn the trick and trades to the NBA together as a unit instead of just as an individual... Can you tell I'm pumped for the potential these guys have? lol

    I'm really liking the big men in the league today. Every position in the NBA seems incredibly deep this year, other than the shooting guard position. Which seems like a short lived problem with all the young talent projected to make the league in the near future.

    Havent really watched this guy much but hes deff an impressive ball handler/passer for a big man. Although idk if id consider 4:40 "adding dribbling stylings to his game" though. Clearly should've been called for travelling but these days that never seems to get called until bout the 3rd or 4th step. Hell u can take bout 8 and still not get called for it if your a big name like D Wade or Blake Griffin.
