The effects of the downturn are beginning to sink in. People are being impacted by the long-term decline in property prices and the housing market. I recently sold my house in the Sacramento area, and I want to invest my lump-sum profit in the stock market before prices start to rise again. Is now the right moment to buy, or not?

I agree. Based on my personal experience working with an investment advisor, I currently have $385k in a well-diversified portfolio that has seen exponential growth. It's not just about having money to invest in stocks; you also need to be knowledgeable, persistent, and have the strength to hold on during market fluctuations
That's impressive, my portfolio have been tanking all year, tried learning new strategies to gain in the current market but all of that flew right over head, please would you mind recommending the Adviser you're using

Overall you were swaying towards poor q3 earnings with Tesla, it jumped over 100 dollars per share. Nobody has a clue what will happen guys but Tesla at 200-220 was never a cause for concern.
PLTR long here. I would feel OK if it drops back down to low 40s. The temptation to sell when it's trading above 60 is so strong, that I feel uncomfortable holding onto it.
I think that is what @Superflow66 was basically elluding to. Expansion of a software product is much simpler that large complex physical product. And hence profitability is easier to achieve.
Anybody knows why the Palantir/Tesla partnership is not being formally announced? CTO Shyam Sankar unequivocally mentioned Palantir working to improve Tesla supply chain efficiencies in Utah. It appears as though Tesla is a Palantir's client. The extent of this relationship was not disclosed by Sankar, but it points to a real business relationship.
There are a lot of pltr clients that don’t want their partnership to be made public. Tesla doesn’t owe Palantir any announcement of their business together

We have a lot of narratives here but something is don't sit well, despite all of the bearish narratives, the markets have continued to perform well, and if you had listened to most youtubers, you would be missing out. Something tells me that these people are not qualified to do what they are doing and do not understand the markets and whats driving them. You can have your bearish narratives and maybe they sound right but most people are in the market to get a good return and apparently the narratives don't matter as much as these guys think. Good forecasting means accurately predicting when the market will go up and then getting the timing right on when it tops.,..... I'm especially grateful to Sandy Barclay’s, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.
If the market has taught me anything, it's that it always recovers, but I can't seem to focus on the long run, when major factors like my retirement and my reserve are wreaking havoc on inflation. I require a solid data trajectory and solution as soon as possible.

Sold at 16$, at 29$ and now buying at 58$. Feel terrible to short this stock before listing to other RUclipsrs buy here short here and then wait till it’s come down here and I sold and it never went down. 😢😢😢
I had almost 6000 shares of Palantir but sold them at 54.5$, cuz I thought it was coming down, and then I will buy again. But it just went up and up. Probably will hit 60 $ by Tuesday. However, there could be a dip on Wednesday or Thursday. Then I will buy again, if it comes to 55 or even 56, and perhaps even 57. Let's see
From mid October, it was really terrible. No matter which stock I bought, it dropped a lot right away. So, then I thought the mistake i was making, was, I wasn't putting a stop loss, and stop limit. Now, when in November, when Palantir went up, I applied my lesson learned. I set a tight stop loss, about 3-4 percent. So, i don't loose all the good gain. Then, when Palantir went down last week, a bit, it was all sold 😀 ,
It is risky, but, even if in a short term, it even drops 20% now, this is a stock that, will be at least 100$ in a year, or two or three. That's for sure.
This also happened with Lucid motors, all the kids were saying that the stock was going to 100, and no one was going to stop it. A super expensive or super cheap stock does not mean if the company is good or bad, it could be just price manipulation, and at the end, the price valuation will come to earth again, and whoever bought expensive will feel the most pain for a while. Palantir is great, I have 5k shares $17 average price, but I prefer to wait to add more.
PLTR was never $20 in August. The lowest was $24. The last time it was even close to $20 was in May. In order to triple from August we need to see $72. Be more careful sir, you do not need to stretch the truth on this stock.
Palantir was $20 in August so I did not stretch the truth. It traded in the $20 range August 5th during the Japanese Yen carryover trade fiasco. You have to look at the detailed charts to see what the trading range was for each day and the pre/post market as well and not just the close on that day which is only what basic charts will show.

One of the notes within the recent big Navy contract was statement that said there was no other supplier capable of meeting contract requirements. Basically, it was a closed contract because no one else was even considered. Pretty big moat, in my opinion.
They've been selling regularly for ages. They still have ALOT of shares. They're just taking profits. Nothing to worry about. I see this comment every single time scheduled insider selling happens, and the share price continues to rise regardless.
BP has been using PLTR software for a while now and it still reported horrendous earnings last quarter. In a sector where other companies instead did decentely, for example Exxon. Draw your own conclusion. I have no idea how you can say it's undervalued when, given the current growth rate, it would take 20 years to reach a fair valuation.
It doesn’t help that Tesla is alienating their largest customer base. Their product line up is stale as well. My concern is how Palantir will do under the orange guy. Karp is very anti Putin.
I sold my 12$ average position at 26$ and bought back in at 30$ but only 12.5% of my initial position. Trust me every pull back I'm adding to this and I'm not selling anymore till this hits 500$ be it in 5 years or in 15 years.
Do what you want it's your money... But you should wait until it at least pull back to the mud or low 30s... It's too expensive at the moment and I can't see it staying this high the rest of the yr.
@@janpham487 I'm not buying at 58, I never buy something that went this parabolic, the market is full of opportunities right now that are less risky. I do regret not having reopened 50% of my position going in for only 12.5% was too cautious but hey... in hindsight everything is easier. I just try to "not lose money"
The more I follow PLTR the more conviction I gain that the analytics is becoming deeply embedded in the fabric of National Defense. Maven is expanding acrocc various military services, including the Army, Air Force, Space Force, Navy, and Marine Corps. Wall Street has been skeptical of commercial success for years. Is the Street biased against the company? I don't think they liked no underwriting fees due to the DPO.
The secure way would be a montly plan of saving. The risk is lower, so you can get to breakeven if it "crash". But be Sure Palantir is the future. I have much hope in Palantir.
I wouldn't bet against PLTR especially given the advent of SOVEREIGN AI's vast appetite for Palantir's offerings. They could easily continue to achieve unprecedented growth. But I get your point!
I was literally thinking this stock is starting to remind me of Tesla back in the crazy days. Though Tesla reached 1Tn market cap before finally caving in. Chicken genius spotted the early warning signs with the decrease in wait times/ interest rates rising. Need a similar indicator for when/ if this stock could get hammered. Still an excellent company regardless

Honestly if I haven't sold for $10 (I blame myself and chicken genious who recommended to sell) , I would have sell all at this point...like getting a 5-6x return in few years is the craziest scenario you can only dream of. Yeah sure it can go higher...but who cares.
Really enjoy your content Luke, have done my feeble best as a newb to come up with valuation and 100+ PE seems like solid reason for caution. Certainly agree who knows what the price will do in the short term. I guess the sane thing to do is still a modified DCA (especially if you were not in on the cheap PLTR prices). I bought a fair amount of PLT at $30 but would love to own more. The company is compelling, as is the leadership and their performance. What do you make of the discussion of the rule of 40 being ~ 68 as justification for the current price not being excessively high? I had joined your discord and enjoyed the content but need work to refine to my ability to improve my valuation skills. Keep up the great content.
Missing from this analysis is a very important fact that gives Palantir a huge boost now that Vance is VP, because Vance is bought and owned by Peter Thiel. In fact, if it weren't for Thiel, Vance would probably would not even been elected to The United States Senate and probably would just remain another 'No backbone politician". For this reason alone, Vance is in a position to direct US government investments and purchases of Palantir technology which will make the company even more billions of dollars. Is it corrupt, absolutely. For some background: Thiel remains one of the largest shareholders in Palantir, which has a market cap around $83 billion as of this writing. He also holds super-voting shares along with his co-founders, ensuring the three maintain control over the company.
I am impressed with your update on these stocks, now my question is which is best to buy at this time. I have some liquid assets up to $250k to diversify.

I wouldn't invest my money based that TV guy's assessment. You have to do your own due diligence when watching different reviews. I like how Luke approaches his evaluation and opinions when selecting stocks. Great review.
Got in late due to waiting for a funds transfer. Plus only been investing for a month and hadn’t even heard of Palantir before opening my 212 account, so before I get all the “shoulda bought in the 10s, 20s or 30s”…. It wasn’t an option. Thing is, I’ve bought a grands worth at an average of $52 to start off, wanted to buy a lot more, but thought it was heading up quick and didn’t want it to go south with a massive average. Keep reading there’s a dip coming, but ain’t seen any signs of it yet. Was gonna DCA with the rest, but the thing just keeps going up. I’m not after quick money, I’ll be in for the long run, but I’d love a lower average than $52. Think it’s worth waiting, or is this gonna be an absolute juggernaut and keep going? Don’t wanna be 10 years down the line saying, wish I’d bought in the $50s 😂🤦🏻♂️
Every now and again, we can see at a glance that someone doesn't know what the hell he's talking about, or is lying in pursuit of a particular agenda. This is one of those times. The Pug does not abide this fellow's opinion.

I understand that your job is to tell us about something worthwhile. But you should really talk about Cryptonica. I'm making $300 a day there, and it’s so easy. I really want you to make a video about Cryptonica, bro
You don't "make" it till u sell
You’ve also told us to be careful buying pltr when it has run up!!!
Of course, anytime a stock runs you need to be careful and make sure you’re not FOMOing but following your plan, using valuation, etc. Ask all the shareholders in 2021 that FOMOrd in to all kinds of stocks at ATH how it worked out.
Reminds me of Lucid in the 50's
Overall you were swaying towards poor q3 earnings with Tesla, it jumped over 100 dollars per share. Nobody has a clue what will happen guys but Tesla at 200-220 was never a cause for concern.
@@headstrongnt Tesla at 200-220 is still way overvalued. Bull cases are built based on something they haven't released or even developed yet.
@@frankydiamond5589this isn’t even close to Lucid lmao . Non profitable. Pure hype
One thing we know for sure now, valuations don’t mean squat anymore.
PLTR long here. I would feel OK if it drops back down to low 40s. The temptation to sell when it's trading above 60 is so strong, that I feel uncomfortable holding onto it.
WallStreet will tank the stock so they can buy at lower levels. Stock will see the $40s again and then test new highs.
PLTR is not Tesla.....totally two different companies (CEO, product, demand, customers, etc....).
I think that is what @Superflow66 was basically elluding to. Expansion of a software product is much simpler that large complex physical product. And hence profitability is easier to achieve.
Irrelevant
He never said it was Tesla. He’s talking about PLTR being in a similar situation as TSLA.
But the valuation is not justified at all....that is an understatement.
@@rogergr5019Palantir has a lot more potential than Tesla ever will, that’s the difference here and the reason why the stock is where it’s at today.
Tesla already has the best talent inside, plus emourous compute.
There are a lot of pltr clients that don’t want their partnership to be made public. Tesla doesn’t owe Palantir any announcement of their business together
I am in tech and he was using buzz words that are nothing to do with PLTR and comparing them to things they are unrelated.
Just found your channel. Finally some other investors who don't fall into the "stock went up so it bad" or "stock went down so I can't buy" its all about valuation baby
Hi Luke, please save this amazing video and show it again in 2030.😂
PLTR clients are lining up to get help to become more efficient and more profitable. Yes, the stock is trading rich in the short term now in my opinion but there is no way I will sell my shares.
I am looking forward to buy more if or when it is at the right price again.
Thanks from Stockholm for your great videos.
You are welcome!!!
@@arneknutas5272 what would be the right price again?
Yes, absolutely very Good video.

How will the billion dollar Navy contract help the valuation?

We have a lot of narratives here but something is don't sit well, despite all of the bearish narratives, the markets have continued to perform well, and if you had listened to most youtubers, you would be missing out. Something tells me that these people are not qualified to do what they are doing and do not understand the markets and whats driving them. You can have your bearish narratives and maybe they sound right but most people are in the market to get a good return and apparently the narratives don't matter as much as these guys think. Sold at 16$, at 29$ and now buying at 58$. Feel terrible to short this stock before listing to other RUclipsrs buy here short here and then wait till it’s come down here and I sold and it never went down. 😢😢😢
Lmao. You sold at $16???
And you are now buying at $58??😂😂😂
Stop buying stocks, any stocks without learning basic knowledge
I bought 1250 shares at $12.50 and never sold any shares . I will sell when my nephew is 20 years old ( he is now 2 years old )
I'm afraid this will turn out as your worse investement in a while
I had almost 6000 shares of Palantir but sold them at 54.5$, cuz I thought it was coming down, and then I will buy again. But it just went up and up.
Probably will hit 60 $ by Tuesday.
However, there could be a dip on Wednesday or Thursday. Then I will buy again, if it comes to 55 or even 56, and perhaps even 57.
Let's see
Why sell all ?
yes sell at 54.5 then buy at 57 and keep DCAing to $30. Winner's strategy 😂
Then, when Palantir went down last week, a bit, it was all sold 😀
,
I contemplated doing that but am too scared I’ll be chasing it up. I think it’s too risky at this point in time.
We already had the years of down and flat trading on PLTR
PLTR was never $20 in August. The lowest was $24. The last time it was even close to $20 was in May. In order to triple from August we need to see $72. Be more careful sir, you do not need to stretch the truth on this stock.
Palantir was $20 in August so I did not stretch the truth. It traded in the $20 range August 5th during the Japanese Yen carryover trade fiasco. You have to look at the detailed charts to see what the trading range was for each day and the pre/post market as well and not just the close on that day which is only what basic charts will show.
several of the recent government RFPs/contract have been sole source deals so those are generally uncontested without any competitive bids being made.

PLTR will be pivotal in automating the gov. With the DOGE initiative, a lot will be replaced by more effective AI.
I would love to see all those State Department bureaucrats have to find real work.
Great video Luke! 🎉
Nicely done!! But remember you decided to do the work, take the risk and buy it so congrats!
Did you sell any Tesla stock when it was at all time highs back in 2021 Luke?
Thanks Luke!!
No problem!
luke, how much did you buy when it was 7$ or below??? just curious
One of the notes within the recent big Navy contract was statement that said there was no other supplier capable of meeting contract requirements. Basically, it was a closed contract because no one else was even considered. Pretty big moat, in my opinion.
Sorry, just seeing this was already noted.
Awesome video, as always Luke!
Glad you enjoyed!
Got the info I need. Thanks
One thing which doesn't make sense - both Peter Thiel and Alex Karp sold tons of shares before last earnings.🤔
They've been selling regularly for ages. They still have ALOT of shares. They're just taking profits. Nothing to worry about. I see this comment every single time scheduled insider selling happens, and the share price continues to rise regardless.
@danielfarrell3534 yeah, but why not sell after the great earnings bump?
BP has been using PLTR software for a while now and it still reported horrendous earnings last quarter. In a sector where other companies instead did decentely, for example Exxon. Draw your own conclusion.
I have no idea how you can say it's undervalued when, given the current growth rate, it would take 20 years to reach a fair valuation.
I guess that's what disruption looks like. I will keep DCAing
It doesn’t help that Tesla is alienating their largest customer base. Their product line up is stale as well.
My concern is how Palantir will do under the orange guy. Karp is very anti Putin.
If that guy were my advisor, I would show him the door! A wise man once told me don’t punish your winners for winning!
I think I would kick him out the door! LOL, only kidding....
Oh yeah and wait till the corporate tax starts going down even further, first quarter 2026 earnings are going to be insane.🚀🚀🚀
I sold my 12$ average position at 26$ and bought back in at 30$ but only 12.5% of my initial position. Trust me every pull back I'm adding to this and I'm not selling anymore till this hits 500$ be it in 5 years or in 15 years.
@@JohnDoe_75 is it to high to buy it at $58 or so right now ?
Do what you want it's your money... But you should wait until it at least pull back to the mud or low 30s... It's too expensive at the moment and I can't see it staying this high the rest of the yr.
@@janpham487 I'm not buying at 58, I never buy something that went this parabolic, the market is full of opportunities right now that are less risky. I do regret not having reopened 50% of my position going in for only 12.5% was too cautious but hey... in hindsight everything is easier. I just try to "not lose money"

THANK YOU Luke for being straight up...8821 shares over past 3 yrs...ill hold
How many share do you have..
Congratulations bro you deserve it big time i remember those videos you made and i made 3x my money to
Really good video!
Thanks!
He mentioned Microsoft. They are north of $400 per share.
I dont think karp will like that up and down for his company
TY!!!!!!!
You are welcome!
Another great one!
Glad you think so!
At close to 60, this is massively over valued.
So if don't watch the video all the way to the end you get trick thinking that palantir will go down and stay down for years
Up over $60 today Veterans Day premarket this is insane!! 🚀🚀🚀🚀
Well if planter drops buy the dip. 👍
Should I still purchase this considering its at about $58.0? Thanks!
The secure way would be a montly plan of saving. The risk is lower, so you can get to breakeven if it "crash". But be Sure Palantir is the future. I have much hope in Palantir.

No worries!
Hi , how is the opinio on Tesla ? Will it comtinue to roar or drop in the next couple of months ? Thx
I sold sold half at 30 when my average is 20. Rip.
what about rheinmetall?
No profit taking here! Extremely Excited for the ride 🚀
I wouldn't bet against PLTR especially given the advent of SOVEREIGN AI's vast appetite for Palantir's offerings. They could easily continue to achieve unprecedented growth. But I get your point!
you gave that guys a lot more time than I would have.

I was literally thinking this stock is starting to remind me of Tesla back in the crazy days. Though Tesla reached 1Tn market cap before finally caving in.
For some background:
Thiel remains one of the largest shareholders in Palantir, which has a market cap around $83 billion as of this writing. He also holds super-voting shares along with his co-founders, ensuring the three maintain control over the company.

I wouldn't invest my money based that TV guy's assessment. You have to do your own due diligence when watching different reviews. I like how Luke approaches his evaluation and opinions when selecting stocks. Great review.
Thank you!
So we should stop DCAing in every paycheck?
Every now and again, we can see at a glance that someone doesn't know what the hell he's talking about, or is lying in pursuit of a particular agenda. This is one of those times.
