I was introduced to Giovanni’s works through Mindful Self Discipline. And I’ve now also read his book on meditation. And I have to say that I’m thoroughly impressed. With this meditation, he treads, impeccably, the impossibly thin line between doing and being. The conundrum is that any doing reinforces the ego (because it’s done by the imaginary self), which is exactly what needs to be undermined. (which is also why so many teachers try to avoid giving an actual practice (Michael Singer / Mooji)). In a Vedic Neti Neti (Not this, not that) sort of way, he expertly, almost surgically separated out what isn’t you with the intention of revealing what is. I’m surprised that these guided meditations haven’t had even more hits, bearing in mind how long they’ve been here, because they have a touch of the infinite to them. 🎩
Thank you! I found this on your website. I have always struggled to focus on the breath, as I would end up trying to control it.! Focusing on the body put me right into that meditative state. I love this so much. I'll be listening to your other meditations. ❤

One request Sir.. In that video.. Near the end, after the words, Remember "The space is always available" and before the terminating bell Sound.. Please extend the time for 10 more minutes with background music if possible.. If u can extend 15 more minutes it would be my pleasure.. Bcos by the time when our mind becomes very calm and when all oscillations of mind stops.. The video abruptly stops with bell sound.. We enjoy the peace only for 1 min.. We want to extend the bliss of silence for few more minutes.. Please.. Please..Your help would be appreciated
I cannot find the end of one thought and beginning of next thought.. Many thoughts are coming randomly.. I cannot expand the gap between the thoughts.. Though I understand the concept I struggle while in meditation to focus the gap.. Expand the gap.. Be in that Gap is very difficult to me.. Honestly..
I like that sound track very mutch too! And i want to have it somehow. I listened your sleep meditation on medito maby 100 hours 😄 some times only of that peasful and mystical atmosphere that ir brings to me.

Yes, and that is okay. But the attempt to find and expand the gap... that is the important thing, and already has its effects.
