This laptop is having the touchpad issue when holding this laptop by one hand in the left or right corner of it. Hold it by one hand try to use touchpad to identity ths issue. You have to use it in flat surface else this touchpad will lock the left key. No solution to this i complaint but the dell says it's designed to use in flat surface.
