It's a brilliant machine, bought the i5 16 gb/1tb version today. Totally in love with it, mind blowing battery and performance. Slim 14 inch laptop, still it doesn't feel am missing to see anything on the screen at all, compared it with 15.6 displays and this was better in fact.
Same for me bro I contact to service centre for this first they replaced mouse pad and keyboard panel. After they say mother board need to replace. I asked for reason that they don't know. At last they say laptop should be use on flat surface.
@@ganeshavhad114 also these guys didn't keep thus model in show room. They showed the previous model which don't have thus issue. The current model only having it. All the youtube channel reviewers also waste on reviewing this laptop.
@@NVDGameryt We have to work together to escalate to high level to get refund from these people. I raised this issue with India head but there response you should use this in flat surface this is what also mentioned in the product manual guidelines.
