100% agree. And even Em is still the better Lyricist it’s not by nearly as much as most realize. I’d personally put Mike in the top 5-10. I never truly realized it till I heard some of side projects, like Fort Minor, and a few of his solo songs but the man can spit some bars, while also being able to play almost every instrument you can think of and his capabilities and skill as a producer are insane also. He’s half the reason LP is one of the best alternative rock bands out there and never once bitched and complained about not getting credit. The man is a work horse with an amazingly beautiful passion for this stuff and helping others while rarely, if ever, looking for the spotlight
We saw them live with Staind in Las Vegas last night. Literally these bands saved my life through their music. I needed to hear them at this moment as our family navigates some major health issues.
