That was AWESOME!!! I am impressed with the stop motion and how well everything was done.

I was expecting final wars Gigan to make some sort of appearance so the Ghidorah surprised me. Very awesome teaser there.

Wait, this was stop motion. This was flippin' awesome. The animation and effects looked so flippin sick, and the lighting as well as the effevts were just as good if not better overall this was flippin awesome I'd love to watch this on the big screen some day keep up the good work boss 👍

Man this was unexpectedly good! I'll keep on saying it, the kaiju community has been putting out incredible fan made productions for the past few years! The genre is more alive and vibrant than it ever has been thanks to the recent Godzilla content and shows like Kaiju No. 8.

Really it's becoming quite repeative these Gamera battles where he gets smashed up at the start of the battles then has his right hand severed and has to restort to burning fist or mana cannon to prevail...why not just let him beat the shit out of the Gigan from the beginning

Thank you! Daiei seems more lax than Toho with the music copyright stuff, but you never know
@@BDFilms66alright, I’ll keep that in mind. My favorite part was when Gamera took off to fly after Gigan. The music that kicked in was perfect

As much as i hate watching special effects in stopmotions that arent animations you actually made em watchable

What do you use to animate this? Blender? Source? Just curious on things to try.
@@Fang1st Thank you! The actual stop motion animation was done using an app called Stop Motion Studio, but all the effects and green screen compositing were done in HitFilm.
@BDFilms66 oh, very interesting, haven't heard of either of those. I'll have to look into them. Big grats again on the video, definitely well deserved win.
They’re both free softwares too, so definitely recommend giving them a look. Thank you again though!

Since there was a June 1st deadline, I reeaaally hit the ground running with this one. I think everything took about a month and a half? But that was a lot of late nights in that span haha.
