It would be a nice idea to invest in that area, repair the beach, build some nice building, make a small port, a park with a lot of tree, restaurants and store, etc.

I don't understand something, I visited the island about 7 years ago, Haiti seemed like an outpost of Africa, with a lot of carelessness and garbage, and the other part of the island (Dominican Republic), looked cleaner like any country in Latin America. Why if both are on the same island is there such a big difference?

No need for goons nor protection in CH. They're friends of Dugue. We'd just gotten back from Milot and ate together. CH is nice but it needs a major clean-up campaign. Looks like years of neglect have built up to what we see today. I've seen photos of the city from the 60's and it was immaculate, so it clearly has way more potential. Check out some of the Rio de Janeiro footage on my channel and I'll be uploading some beach footage of Rio soon. Thanks for watching bro, please make sure to like the video and subscribe! - Zu
