Whenever I drift to sleep my body jerks and I feel anxious , Shivering the breathing technique helped a little but I'm not able to sleep properly please tell me any technique for sleeping better without getting anxious 🙏🏻 Thankyou

In the meantime may I suggest trying to fall asleep listening to a guided sleep meditation as that may help. There are various good ones here.
