    Whenever I drift to sleep my body jerks and I feel anxious , Shivering the breathing technique helped a little but I'm not able to sleep properly please tell me any technique for sleeping better without getting anxious 🙏🏻 Thankyou

      @keerthika6124 This is a complex subject, I will do a video to cover the various things you can do for a more relaxed sleep based on your request so please keep an eye out for it. In the meantime may I suggest trying to fall asleep listening to a guided sleep meditation as that may help. There are various good ones here.
