When you put that large of a chunk of ginger in the processor, have you ever had the “hairs” of the ginger not get chopped up? We had issues before and the sauce tasted so good but it literally seemed like it had lots of hair in it. It was disturbing af. After that we always sliced the ginger across the grain and it’s been all good.
