Even as a D1 athlete entering college, I was able to adjust my diet and eat far better than I had in high school because I learned how to properly feed and take care of my body. Your video seemed to really speak to me. I also believe that my nutrition has a little part to do in why I was able to run such fast times in high school and win meets. I can say that I learnt a lot more by watching your video, and I must confess that food is really the most important component when it comes to competing at a high level in sports, especially running. This is something I'll definitely utilize while I compete in division one track!

Food is your fuel. Bad gas makes bad times, it's not rocket science. It also makes for poor recovery and poor compensation.

Tweaking my diet when I left high school in 2017 has helped me so much in soccer post-secondary. It is important for ones overall health.

I'm sprinter too, and I'm working really hard in the alternative school that I'm attending right now because me and mother tended to travel helllaaaaa.. like moving to different counties and it was very tiring which faulted me to being behind and not being in my right grade! So the school is supposed to help me get IN my right grade so I can do high school track. I also have to be consistent in the gym because I tend to slack on exercising because of that exact reason but God gives me the strength to get up so whenever I get in my right grade.. I'll be a good athlete! I also watch your channel here and there because it's very motivating! Like if you can do it so can I!

Have you tried eating high Protein, low carbs low fat and almost no sugar? Being a track athlete that would make you so strong which will intern make you faster.

@@Kk-ve3tx yea they workout a lot. I wondered if they would benefit from even less carbs and fat. Carbs definitely give them the energy.
